For Art Basel Online Viewing Rooms 2020, Kasmin presents significant works by 20th Century masters Max Ernst and Lee Krasner alongside two new paintings by contemporary artist Ali Banisadr.

Drawing comparisons between three artists who have continuously pushed the boundaries of their respective styles, the presentation examines the varied, versatile, and experimental forms of mark-making and painterly application in each practice. The works will be on view via the Art Basel Viewing Room starting with a two-day VIP Preview on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 1pm CET (7am EDT), and running through Friday, June 26, 2020, 1pm CET (7am EDT).
